Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's / Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualifications are relaxed if you have more experience about garments accessories marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the product and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve sales target.
∎ Should have potentiality to development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing & new clients.
∎ Responsible for regular follow-up clients and ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies.
∎ Dealings with supplier local & Foreign.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales official's formalities i.e.: Order place, goods received & delivery to customer and received T.T/ L/C & acceptance.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-year(s) experience in Garments Accessories Marketing
∎ Accessories Merchandising will get prefer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Garments Accessories Marketing.
∎ Good Command in English.
∎ Should be long term planner and must be gentle.
∎ Self-motivated; good communication and interpersonal skills and decision-making skills
∎ Computer knowledge (MS word, excel, e-mail)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 3 Month Probation Period.
∎ Lunch, snacks, tea will provide from company.
∎ Commission based Job.
∎ Profit sharing
∎ Saturday to Thursday office (9.00 AM to 7.00 PM)
∎ Other fringe benefit as per company policy.
