∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential outlets to deploy Brand Promoter.
∎ Coordinate and ensure on time training for Brand Promoter.
∎ Recruit Brand Promoter, apply motivational equipment.
∎ Make the Brand Promoter team as excellent sellout force.
∎ Prepare channel wise knowledge gap analysis and share findings to relevant stakeholders for developing training contents.
∎ Develop training materials for functional skills development based on the business requirements.
∎ Coordinate training execution and post-training evaluation for Brand promoters across Bangladesh and rollout other development programs for the channels.
∎ Brand Promoter performance evaluation and retention plan.
∎ Sales & stock report collection mechanism and system development plan
∎ Monitoring Brand Promoters' daily activities and guide accordingly.
∎ Plan and ensure POSM and sales support for brand promoter.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
