Responsibilities & Context:
M/S Raju Auto Rice Mill is a sister concern of Erfan Group which is renowned Group of Company in Bangladesh. We are looking for a dynamic, diligent, honest person with proven leadership history & sound understanding or sound knowledge on Sr. Executive(Legal).
To carry out all land related tasks and preserve all deeds and revenue documents.
Handling external affairs with regulatory authorities (Labor Court, Civil Court, AC Land Office, DC Office, Land Registration Office etc.)
Managing company land and assets, maintaining and updating proper documentations and handling corresponding legal issues with the help of surveyors and lawyers.
To review verify and maintain the documents of the company’s bank loans.
To prepare company’s income tax related documents and submit to the tax advisor.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and provide guidance on legal matters.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
