Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide corrective and preventive support services related to IT and cybersecurity.·       
  • Offer first-level support and services for all software applications and SaaS platforms.·       
  • Deliver first and second-level support and services for the portfolio of computing devices and infrastructure, including:·              

i. Computing Devices: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Mobile Devices operating on MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and other platforms. ·               

ii. Office Equipment: Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Systems, etc.·               

iii. Network Equipment & Internet Connectivity: Modems, Cabling, Routers, Switches, Next Generation Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi Networks, etc. ·                

iv. Power: UPS, AVR, and other power-related equipment.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

  • Software Installation and Configuration.
  • Network: Maintain troubleshoot, repair, and manage local area networks (LAN).
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests.
  • Remote Assistance: Provide remote support to users working in different locations.
  • Inventory Management: Keep Trac of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
  • Software Updates: Assist in managing and implementing software patches, and updates.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while assisting end users, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive overall IT.
