Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering or Equivalent Degree from any reputed university.
∎ MBA in Marketing will have priority.
∎ Skills Required: Direct Sales, Client Management, Client Relationship Management, Corporate IT Support, Customer support/ Client Service, Presentable in appearance and attitude, Strong written and verbal communication skill.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Technical Sales IT Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Expanding business to unexplored area & creating new business scopes with existing clients.
∎ Identifying new objectives in the IT industry.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the offices.
∎ Negotiating sales contracts and packages.
∎ Conducting market research on rival products.
∎ Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
∎ Conduct/arrange Group Discussion/seminar as per plan from marketing department.
∎ Ensure timely payment receive & deposit in company account.
∎ Acquire business & product knowledge require for respective segment.
∎ Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative & subversive activities.
∎ To create new sales in the various corporate groups, offices in different places of Bangladesh.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Actively participate in all sales and marketing events and its preparation.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly client meeting report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 (Three) years' work experience.
∎ Experiences in sales planning, budget estimation, & evaluation with appropriate strategies/policies to meet the company objectives and client's need. Capacity to handle multiple tasks, make decisions and solve problems while under pressure, and prioritize and organize effectively.
∎ Sales executive/sales specialist in a reputed Software Company in Bangladesh.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join with short notice.
∎ Proof of successful previous experience as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Be flexible for office timing and travelling
Salary:
