Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Helpdesk support
∎ Assist IT Project implementation, vendor management, problem & change management
∎ LAN & Others Network – Has to ensure LAN network over a business unit and its security. Key responsible for CCTV, IP phone, Access Control, PA and other technical services availability.
∎ Ensure system uptime more than 99.9%
∎ Support implementing Network Security for the group.
∎ Support NOC functionalities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ External: Group IT Team, Suppliers, vendors
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Problem solving & Change management
∎ Command Line Interface.
