Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Helpdesk support for IT Network issues
∎ Support LAN and WAN of the group.
∎ Ensure system uptime more than 99.9%
∎ Support implementing Network Security for the group.
∎ Support NOC functionalities.
∎ Assist IT Project implementation, vendor management, problem & change management.
∎ Assist developing SOPs & policies for IT Networks and implementing in the group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good understanding on Network design.
∎ Command Line Interface
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Problem solving & Change management
∎ Team player
Salary:
