Quality Feeds Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive – IT Infrastructure & System Administration to manage, maintain and optimize the company’s overall IT infrastructure and system operations. The incumbent will be responsible for server and network administration, firewall and security management, data center operations, CCTV surveillance systems and corporate email administration. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, self-motivated and capable of handling multiple IT functions efficiently across diverse technology platforms while ensuring system security, stability and uninterrupted business operations.

Network Administration

  • Plan, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks across all company premises.

  • Manage routers, managed switches, and access points (Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or similar).

  • Configure VLANs, IP addressing schemes, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols.

  • Monitor network uptime and performance; resolve connectivity issues promptly.

  • Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams and IP address records.

Firewall & Network Security

  • Configure and maintain enterprise firewalls (Fortinet FortiGate, or MikroTik RouterOS).

  • Create and manage firewall rules, access control lists, NAT policies, and security zones.

  • Set up and manage VPN tunnels for remote access and site-to-site connectivity.

  • Conduct regular firewall reviews and security audits.

  • Monitor and respond to network security incidents and intrusion attempts.

Server & System Administration

  • Install, configure, and administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Server).

  • Manage Linux-based servers for web hosting, mail, or application services.

  • Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.

  • Monitor server health, disk usage, CPU/RAM utilization, and generate regular performance reports.

  • Apply patches, updates, and security fixes on a regular schedule.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control via Active Directory.

Data Center Management

  • Operate and maintain the company's on-premise data center including server racks, UPS, PDUs, and cooling systems.

  • Manage data backup routines and verify restore procedures regularly.

  • Implement and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP).

  • Coordinate with ISPs and hardware vendors for connectivity and equipment maintenance.

  • Maintain data center documentation and capacity planning records.

CCTV & Physical Security Systems

  • Install, configure, and maintain IP-based CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, or equivalent) across all office and factory sites.

  • Manage NVR/DVR devices and ensure continuous video recording and proper storage allocation.

  • Troubleshoot camera faults, cable issues, and network-related surveillance problems.

  • Coordinate with CCTV vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and spare parts.

  • Ensure 24/7 availability of the surveillance system; escalate critical faults immediately.

Office Email & Communication Management

  • Administer corporate email platforms — Microsoft 365.

  • Create and manage user accounts, aliases, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.

  • Configure and maintain email security records including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

  • Monitor spam filtering, email quarantine, and blacklist/whitelist management.

  • Troubleshoot email delivery failures, bounces, and mail flow issues.

  • Manage email storage quotas and archiving/retention policies.

  • Handle domain DNS records related to email (MX, TXT, CNAME entries).

General IT Support & Administration

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end-users across all departments.

  • Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory covering hardware, software, and licenses.

  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC renewals, and warranty claims.

  • Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and incident reports.

  • Support IT project planning and implementation as directed by management.
