∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Helpdesk support
∎ Assist IT Project implementation, vendor management, problem & change management
∎ LAN & Others Network – Has to ensure LAN network over a business unit and its security. Key responsible for CCTV, IP phone, Access Control, PA and other technical services availability.
∎ Users Data Backups and Security - Responsible for all the organizational electronic users’ data Backup and their security.
∎ Ensure system uptime more than 99.9%
∎ Documentation, IT Inventory & Procurement – Responsible for maintain IT documentation & IT Inventory. For IT products has to ensure its quality, performance and technical specifications according with requirements
∎ Comply with external IT security audit
∎ Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
