Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,CEH,MCSA
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop illustrator, AutoCAD, Linux, WordPress

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop illustrator, AutoCAD, Microtik, Network Engineering, Windows Administration, Windows Servers, WordPress
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), E-commerce, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in all IT support and troubleshooting activities related to:-
∎ Servers, Structured Networking & VPN, and Internet Connectivity.
∎ Maintaining E-Commerce Web Site and Call Center Operations.
∎ MIKRO TIK Router's, Wi-Fi Devices, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Network printers.
∎ IP Based Video Surveillance, Access Control Devices & Attendance-Payroll System.
∎ IP PBX Management, Public Address (PA) System, Video Conferencing Devices, Multimedia Projectors, Scanners, and Online UPS, etc.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, Server System, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Develop and maintain interactive websites and web applications using WordPress CMS and Customize Word Press premium theme & plugins.
∎ Maintaining the WordPress plugins, bug fixing, and Woo-commerce extensions.
∎ Maintaining and Monitoring Windows Active Directory System (Windows 2019 Server) and Anti-Virus Application.
∎ Providing Support to Corporate Computer users and Smartphone users (IOS & Android) and any other handheld devices.
∎ Maintains the Call Center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems.
∎ Strictly maintain company IT policy including C-TPAT procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources.
∎ Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as data backups.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to think logically, analytically, and handle multiple priorities;
∎ Should be able to work under pressure;
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English, action-oriented approach to work;
∎ Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
∎ Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals;

Salary:
