Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IT Hardware Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, peripherals, PC assembly, and IP box server services.
∎ System Reliability and Security: Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems, including managing configurations, updates, and port forwarding for Microtec and other setups.
∎ Software Administration: Manage MIS software for attendance tracking, inventory, and data analysis, ensuring proper configuration, updates, and user support.
∎ Attendance Management: Generate and monitor employee attendance punch reports, analyze trends, and improve tracking accuracy.
∎ Graphics and Branding: Coordinate and create graphics for marketing, presentations, and reports, ensuring compliance with branding standards.
∎ Vendor and Service Provider Coordination: Evaluate, manage, and negotiate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and graphics services, ensuring favorable SLAs and pricing.
∎ Intellectual Property Management: Support IP registrations, renewals, and enforcement, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
