Experience:
Identify and explore new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and quotations.
Oversee the preparation and issuance of Proforma Invoices (PI).
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and deliveries. Handle and monitor Letters of Credit (LC) from issuance to confirmation and payment.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and customers to ensure compliance with LC terms.
Monitor and ensure final payment receipt and settlement of outstanding invoices.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance and market share.
Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
Provide training and support to junior sales and marketing staff.
Stay updated with industry developments, new products, and best practices.
