Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Engineering / ICT or B.Sc in CSE/EEE/ICT/ETE with minimum 6 years' experience is required for the above position.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP camera, IP pbx) & their installation, configuration, cabling.
∎ Maintain an inventory of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, terminals, modems and other access devices that are attached to the Network and Security.
∎ Provide user support for all printer and workstation issues
∎ Oversee Antivirus protection for all computers and servers in the office
∎ Oversee the patch management process for all servers and workstations
∎ Manage & Support IP Telephony IPTSP.
∎ Manage & Support Wireless Network
∎ Support Nurse Calling System.
∎ Call Center Server Manage, Support & Maintenance
∎ Manage CCTV Monitoring & Support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prefer Experience in Healthcare.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
