Job Context:

∎ Job Summary: A highly talented, professional and dedicated Civil Engineer in planning, estimating, supervision and directing the construction and maintenance of buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand all construction drawings and accordingly drawings should execute in the field.
∎ Able to prepare the estimate of all the civil construction work from the drawings.
∎ Field based site supervision and management of large construction works.
∎ Perform regular quality check.
∎ Measure amounts and produce bill of quantity Supervise and manage contractors labours Lead and manage contractor's labours.
∎ Follow the guidance of site manager and above.
∎ Working ability under the pressure
∎ To coordinate with Consulting Engineer /Architect for smooth execution of the project.
∎ To prepare BOQ, work schedule etc.
∎ Time to time follow up for material requisition, material receiving & material QC.
∎ To prepare material consumption statement.
∎ To prepare project progress plans & making regular monitoring of actual progress of the project.
∎ Experience of Project finishing works.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ For B.Sc Minimum 5 years (s) and for Diploma in Engineering Minimum 10 Years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior, Construction cost estimation, site supervision, and finishing works
