Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ PGDHRM is preferable
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Report Writing, Training & Development

Job Context:
∎ Design and propose HRM policy & procedure, recruitment plans and strategies aligning with Company Manpower Plan, budget, organogram.
∎ Formulate and execute strategies for the talent acquisition in order to ensure day to day operation continuity
∎ Establish policies, processes and standards for acquisition and maintaining of right talent pool for the organization
∎ To collaborate with the team in planning and executing training programs.
∎ To collaborate with the team in planning and executing activity programs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required
∎ To maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate
∎ Coordinate with new employee’s probation period and confirmation formalities
∎ Establishment of performance Appraisal Process and ensure implementation for related department’s staffs
∎ Manage disciplinary action procedure, grievance for keeping harmony between management and employee
∎ Maintain talent acquisition process as per OPPO's systematic procedure while maintaining resource registration, recruiting and appointment
∎ Prepare and maintain various recruitment related databases as and when required
∎ Mange OA (office assistant) software for new joining employee and job quite employees
∎ Developing & executing a Training Strategy aligned with the company culture and core Value
∎ Manage orientation and any others training those employees need for their career development
∎ To give sustainable solutions/ corrective action plan / guidance/suggestions to departmental manager for organization ‘s better performance
∎ Reporting and following any other tasks assigned and given by top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply(Preferable Male)
∎ Ability to work in a team and passion for learn & grow
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Development of recruitment strategies, criteria and have the talent source
∎ Have strong leadership skilled.
∎ Strong communication skill; both in English & Bengali
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Database Management
∎ Work under deadline and pressure
∎ Computer Literacy with skills (both English & Bangla).
∎ Report writing capacity (both English & Bangla).
