∎ Must have knowledge about HRIS.
∎ Should have good knowledge in English and in Bangla.
∎ Computer literacy & typing skill is must. (Must be good at Bengali Type).
∎ Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office, especially in MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct performance appraisals with different tools including KPI.
∎ Understand the concept and practices of KRA, KPI.
∎ Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.
∎ Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare services and counseling.
∎ To prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
∎ Initiate and implement training and development program for all sections of employees in the light of training needs assessment (TNA) including training budget.
∎ Execute day to day HR functions that include recruitment & selection process, leave & attendance management, payroll, employee final settlement procedure, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Ensure HRP planning, HR budget planning, office timing, attendance of employees, office management of corporate sailor.
∎ Ensure Job confirmation, increment Letter, promotion Letter, promotion with enhancement letter, transfer note, transfer letter, service letter, clearance Letter, probation extension letter, Job separation related Letter etc, of management/ non- management Staff.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Any other related job(s) as the management assigns time to time.
