We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin - SR Executive to lead, inspire, and transform our people operations and establish world-class HR practices.
Job Context: As the SR Executive - HR & Admin at Shatarupa Group, you will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
You will ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive work culture, and implement modern HR practices to attract, retain, and nurture talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct job analysis and design updated Job Structures, Designations, and Job Descriptions.
Develop and implement organizational SOPs through DNA mapping.
Build and strengthen leadership teams aligned with company mission & vision.
Perform regular SWOT analysis to identify organizational gaps and improvement areas.
Develop KPI & Scorecards for employees to ensure accountability and performance management.
Execute end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and compliance with company rules.
Organize and coordinate training, coaching, counseling, mentoring, and workshops.
Maintain HR records, HRIS data, payroll, and employee files.
Execute administrative tasks: office management, logistics support, and documentation.
Restructure and revise HR policies to ensure modern and sustainable practices.
Prepare HR analytics and reports for management decisions.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture.
