Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain inventory of fabric and take responsibilities for overall operation of grey fabric store activities and delivery.
∎ To Ensure on time delivery and receiving of Grey fabric.
∎ Maintain proper storage for Grey Fabric (Lot, Count and Batch wise).
∎ Cooperate with Batch Preparation, Grey Inspection for proper operation;
∎ Deliver the finished fabric and stock lot fabric to concern buyer as per delivery order.
∎ To follow-up Ledger for store.
∎ Storing fabric in planned way to reduce damage and saving time & space.
∎ Control & train up the subordinate as need basis.
∎ To ensure loading of correct quantity and provide correct document against each delivery.
∎ Preparing store inventory report and properly update to the management.
∎ Supervise in keeping all records of delivery in the prescribed register.
∎ Daily recording and updating of internal books / registers of the store.
∎ Arrange storing of all materials in the store maintaining compliance according to the buyer's requirement.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
∎ Shall receive and Issues of all Fabrics, Inventory taking, and Quality checking of fabrics as per procedure.
∎ Safely receive and storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods in bound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that fabrics are storage correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for fabrics delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Maintain close liaison between Dyeing and Cutting Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.Ensure daily/weekly stock report
