∎ Training/Trade Course: Professional training achiever would get priority
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular checking on network and data security
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
∎ Ensure security of Data, Network Access and Backup System
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
∎ Updating website content as and when required
∎ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
∎ Monitor and configure all types of devices installed in the company i.e. CC Camera, Attendance & Access Control Devices, Fire alarm etc.
∎ Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
∎ Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
∎ Prepares logo, layouts, designs, art work and formats.
∎ Creating Graphic contents (Brochure, Banner, Images, Logos etc.) for web and print media.
∎ Social media content designing and website
∎ Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
∎ Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
∎ Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
∎ Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions monthly basis
∎ Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, data recovery and phone systems
∎ knowledge of web designing, domain, hosting, SEO
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphic Design (Computer Aided), G Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook, In Vision, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Candidate have to possess positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, etiquette and good interpersonal skills
∎ Candidate must be ready to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
