Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- To prepare and maintain buyer-wise fabric inventory reports in Excel and circulate them to concerned departments.
- To maintain buyer-wise fabric stock registers and leftover stock records with regular reporting.
- To issue fabric consumption through ERP as per approved cutting requirements and requisitions.
- To receive GRN and ensure accurate posting of all fabric transactions in ERP software.
- To receive fabrics and related materials as per approved PO, style, color, and quantity.
- To inspect received fabrics item-wise, lot-wise, and quality-wise, and segregate rejected or non-conforming materials.
- To prepare gate passes, challans, and documentation related to subcontract issues.
- To maintain accurate physical and system stock balance and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- To coordinate with Merchandising and Production teams for fabric planning, allocation, and timely issuance.
- To prepare buyer- and style-wise fabric closing summaries after shipment completion and report to Merchandising and Management.
- To maintain in-out registers, fabric files, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- To handle rejected fabric returns to suppliers and follow up for timely replacements.
- To ensure all received, issued, returned, and delivered fabrics are properly posted in the system and matched with physical stock.
- To perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.
