∎ B. Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ERP, IT Saftware
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide ERP software implementation planning & support.
∎ Assist to evaluate and recommend changes to current and future software requirements to meet organizational needs.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot software's issues reported by end users.
∎ Troubleshoots any problem of software data or report.
∎ Support to factory locations for any Software related problems remotely or physically if needed.
∎ Updating master data to align business with ERP system.
∎ To ensure administrate system security as per user role.
∎ Work closely with the software development / implementation team and complete the software installation as advised by team leader.
∎ Daily database backup.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities and provide support to ERP users
∎ Testing, install and modify new or existing applications.
