∎ Skills Required: Good at MS Office speciallay in Excel, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Relationship Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
All kinds of Garments Accessoires, Garment Industry or Trims Industry, garments accessories (Polybag)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have vast knowledge on garments accessories/all kind of trims or Printing & Packaging product for Sales & Marketing.
∎ Develop new clients and liaise with present clients to achieve sales plan.
∎ Maintain working procedure to obtain and maintain buyer nomination.
∎ Hardly try to get order, LC collection and collect Party Acceptance ( PA).
∎ Update order collection and inform to production unit and customer service with sample and delivery data.
∎ Build a strong relations support with customers by using very good communication skill.
∎ Costing Calculation.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly sales report as required by management.
∎ Resolve customer compliant.
∎ Make strong follow-up & coordination with production team to ensure on time product development and production & meet the sample/order submission & shipment date.
∎ Sourcing for new buyers & market to expand the business.
∎ Make sure market survey & market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients.
∎ Any other assignment is given by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, and adherence the organization culture, motivational skills, team spirit and relationship building.
∎ Understanding and knowledge of customer relationship management system.
∎ Effective written and verbal communications skills in English & Bengali that can be used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
