Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Chemistry/ BSc Engineering (EEE/Mechanical/IP) with at least 03 years of Experience or,
∎ Diploma (Electrical/ Power/ Mechanical) with at least 05 years of experience
∎ Skills Required: Good comunication skill, Production, Production planning

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Health and Hygine Products, Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily production planning & directs plant operations.
∎ Maintain manpower & materials for proper running of production as per GMP/SOP.
∎ Do coordination & communication with the job related manpower as per production planning.
∎ Ensure receiving of the RM & PM from the store for smooth production.
∎ Minimize loss at different stage of production process and ensure higher productivity of the production.
∎ Ensure the proper return and raise supplementary requisition with proper justification.
∎ Reconciliation of production batches.
∎ Solve all problems during a shift and give direction and supervise the works.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
∎ Weekly & Monthly production planning, reporting as well as evaluating.
∎ Monitoring of Non-conforming and rejected materials and Products.
∎ Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Work on ISO audit and GMP.
∎ To perform any other necessary tasks time to time as per management order.
