∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,University of Dhaka,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering, Production, Production planning, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire production planning and coordination functions for the entire operation including knitting, dyeing, and sewing, print/embroidery and ensure on time shipment;
∎ Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirement;
∎ Prepare, Check, monitor & Coordinate Production Planning for different departments;
∎ Prepare Production Plan for any critical issues in advance;
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly;
∎ Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans;
∎ Will be fully responsible for "On time shipment" of all order.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the experience of 100,000 pieces garment production per day;
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability;
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally;
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality;
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills;
