Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to prepare accessories booking and provide to supplier once receive order sheet/BOM from respective department.
∎ Need to follow up with supplier and ensure to in-house goods on time.
∎ Capable to work with ERP software for creating work order & relevant accessories related activities.
∎ Need to maintain report of accessories booking and in-house status.
∎ Candidate should have ability to solve the problem if there is any quality issue arisen.
∎ Should have clear concept and capable to release goods from EPZ and imported accessories as well.
∎ Need to prepare payment forwarding and ensure supplier payment on time.
∎ Need to work with store department for following up store inventory, MRR and ensure payment acceptance.
