Auto dispensing, Dyeing, SedoMaster
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully operating, coordinating, supervising & synchronizing of Sedo Master.
∎ Expert in Over all programing by Using Sedo Master, Color Master. DLV & Lawer.
∎ Good concept regarding 3G DOS & 3G DIS.
∎ Follow-up for BLUK 12 dyeing machine program according to daily the plan through Sedomaster.
∎ Recipe entry, checking and maintaining lab to bulk & Bulk to bulk RFT system
∎ Controlling the Automatic Color dispensing system color service LAWER. Automat chemical dispensing DLV & Lower both system.
∎ Engaged in process development for new Dye process.
∎ Wash minimization & Water Saving in dyeing.
∎ Effective Cost saving in dyeing through optimization of chemical & auxiliaries.
