∎ Reach out to potential customers in person, by phone, or online to introduce our services.
∎ Explain and promote our projects and services clearly, focusing on what each client needs.
∎ Find promising leads, turn inquiries into sales, and follow up until the deal is done.
∎ Stay in touch with clients after sales, provide updates, and offer support
∎ Work with other teams (Marketing, CRM, Admin) to ensure smooth service and happy clients.
∎ Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals while tracking your performance.
∎ Keep records of client talks, lead progress, and updates using company tools.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client feedback to improve sales strategies.
