Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA/ BBA from any reputed university with major in Human Resources Management (HRM).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge & experience on payroll management.
∎ Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
∎ Manage the development and implementation of training programs according Training & Development policies.
∎ Strong focus on learning and growth initiatives, i.e. developing Training Needs Analysis, Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Training calendar.
∎ Assist with recruitment process, Preparing Appointment and Offer letter, plan and manage the Learning & Growth projects and ensure all projects are implemented according to the timelines, scope and budget.
∎ Conduct reference checks on possible candidates & Performs background checks and degree verification on all positions.
∎ Propose designing and planning of career development/career path matrix of the employees.
∎ Ensures Organizational development processes are transparent, fully communicated, and accessible and understood by all.
∎ Develop and manage knowledge management strategies to ensure people in the organization can connect, collaborate and innovate.
∎ Ensure strategies and programs are in place to drive the aspects of the companies? Leadership Strategy related to learning (Performance coaching, knowledge sharing etc.)
∎ Plan to motivate proper Employer Branding. Help establish organizations reputation as an employer both internally and externally.
∎ Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
∎ Work with HR Head, be the principle driver behind developing and implanting a Coaching/Mentoring Culture throughout the organization.
∎ Facilitate Coordination with Line managers to ensure that right development involvement of individual development plans.
∎ Provide input to the strategy of other HR processes aligned with the overall Organization Development philosophy.
∎ Responsible for various HR initiatives which includes new hire, performance review process, training & development, HRIS, payroll administration, grievance handling, maintain records etc.
∎ Developing proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff.
∎ Ensuring healthy workplace, meals, hygiene and environment
∎ Monitor attendance and keep records properly.
∎ Provide employee orientation for all newly hired employee.
∎ Look after cleanses matter of office premises.

∎ Needs to be able to align HR strategies with business strategies
∎ Ability of influencing people to accept processes for the best Interest of the business.
∎ Excellent skills in using computers and software.
∎ Sound knowledge in working with MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Dynamic, motivated, energetic, pro-active, driven to meet targets.
∎ Good team-player with a feeling for cultural differences as well as positioning within the management team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
