∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed university
∎ Bachelor or Masters in Chemistry from any reputed university

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should have good technical knowledge on washing.
∎ Must have at least 6-8 years experience in a reputed and large Knit Garments.
∎ Knowledge on various types of dyeing ie Pigment, Direct, Over dye , Fluorescent dye etc.
∎ Practical experiences on Dry Process ie Whisker, Brush, Crinkle ,Tagging , Destroy ,Grinding etc.
∎ Knowledge on use of Dyes & Chemicals.
∎ Should have good technical knowledge on washing.
∎ Must have at least 6-8 years experience in a reputed and large Knit Garments.
∎ Knowledge on various types of dyeing ie Pigment, Direct, Over dye , Fluorescent dye etc.
∎ Practical experiences on Dry Process ie Whisker, Brush, Crinkle ,Tagging , Destroy ,Grinding etc.
∎ Knowledge on use of Dyes & Chemicals.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide all the required input for washing in consultation with other concerns and ensure adherence to the established production schedules, standard costs, specification.
∎ Monitor the machine utilization and production plan on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, work load as per monthly target.
∎ Assist in preparing necessary recipe for production meeting buyers' requirements and standard and other quality parameters.
∎ Maintaining the schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash, delegate the work to the supervisor depending on the workload and priority requirements and follow-up accordingly.
∎ Ensuring the proper use of chemical.
∎ Take initiative to reduce the Cost of washing.
∎ Responsible for ensure the quality of wash and on time delivery.
∎ Assist to develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition.
∎ Assist to coordinate developmental feedback from customers regarding quality and delivery schedules on issues.
∎ Follow the ERP information flow from the garments and obtain necessary data inputs for carrying out the planning and execution of production process meeting the buyer's requirements.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating for executing the production process.
∎ Coordinate with garments production for achieving the alignment with garments production and shipment schedule·
∎ Prepare report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost as assigned.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
