Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX/ AUST/ TECN/ PTEC/ CTEC/ SARSTEC (Preferable)
∎ Any third class not allowed.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new product, new buyers and improved ways of working considering the present market trend.
∎ Analyzing client's requirements for Particular Fabrics and Development as per Buyers' requirement.
∎ Trouble shooting in all aspect of knit fabrics development.
∎ Working to find out proper Yarn count, Gauge, Stitch length to achieve the desired quality on both newly developed & regular fabrics.
∎ Coordinating till dyeing & finishing to achieve the desired quality.
∎ Coordinating with yarn procurement for sourcing different type of decorative and functional yarn.
∎ Keeping documents of all phases of research and development.
∎ Working with QA team, Knitting, Dyeing to set up effective tools and evaluation mechanisms to control fabric defects.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Fabric (knit) knowledge, technical knowledge (dyeing, washing, finishing, QC)
∎ Knowledge of QC process
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/ Machinery.
∎ Planning and analytical skill
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
Salary: Negotiable
