Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any discipline but BBA/ MBA Major in Marketing is preferred.
∎ Graduate from public universities or any other reputed private universities is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in-house promotional materials, organizing promotional activities and implementation plan.
∎ Understanding market and consumer.
∎ Strategy development for expanding markets.
∎ Keep up to date with market trends.
∎ Accountability for brand performance and working closely with sales team.
∎ Formulating and implementing trade strategies.
∎ Providing analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
∎ Work on product development .
∎ Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
∎ Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Evaluating marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 01 years in marketing role within high standard consumer focused business environment.
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen.
∎ An excellent team player with strategic planning experience and a proven record in developing and administering a marketing program.
∎ Experience in FMCG company with home care products.
