Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.

• Professional training in Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics will be an added advantage.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of distribution operations, warehouse management, transport coordination and route planning.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Must be proactive, disciplined and target-oriented.

• Good command over MS Excel, PowerPoint and ERP software.

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, transport and sales teams to manage dispatch schedules efficiently.

• Ensure proper loading, unloading, vehicle allocation and route planning to optimize distribution costs.

• Monitor distribution KPIs including OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), delivery accuracy, fleet performance and turnaround time.

• Oversee warehouse inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), product handling and documentation.

• Maintain distribution-related reports such as delivery reports, stock movement, vehicle logs, transport bills and cost analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards and regulatory guidelines during transport and handling.

• Manage relationships with transport agencies, distributors and delivery partners.

• Resolve distribution-related issues, complaints or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.

• Train and lead distribution staff, drivers and support teams to ensure discipline, efficiency and safety.
