Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities - (Indenting & Import):

  • To communicate through email, phone and letter with the customers and marketing garment related machineries, accessories and raw materials
  • To explore probable customers, expand range of customers/clients through motivational approaches
  • To receive and provide technical information from and to the existing clients related to garment accessories, machineries, raw materials and product.
  • To follow up of existing customers through regular phone call, email and address their needs and requirement sending company’s engineering team.
  • To prepare price quotations, document service statistic and prepare quarterly and annual progress /performance reports of the company.
  • To facilitate and provide logistic support to other staff members of the company in performing their duties smoothly.
  • To develop image and credibility of the company through skillful and effective communication with the customer, clients and beneficiaries.
  • Any other job assigned by the Managing Director

Job Responsibilities - (Shipping Forwarding):

  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment coordination for air and sea freight (FCL/LCL).
  • Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents for smooth cargo movement.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation including BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the system and update shipment tracking (Vessel Schedule/Booking/Shipment Advise/IGM Submission/ LCL un-stuffing & tally follow up, DO & NOC Issue Sea & Air).
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolving queries and issues promptly.
  • Follow up closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
