Job Context:
∎ Nassa Group, predominantly a readymade garments manufacturer in its effort to extend its backward linkage has established its latest industrial unit Nassa Sewing Thread Ltd. (NSTL). On March, 2013 Nassa Sewing Thread Ltd. went into commercial production, since then it is not only catering the day by day requirements of Nassa group but also make its present felt in the RMG sector by supplying high quality sewing thread to choosy buyers.
∎ We are looking for a young and energetic Sr. Executive, Order to Cash (O2C). The job will be based at Dhaka.
∎ Role Purpose: The purpose of the job is to achieve the company debtor targets through proper customer connect, faster documentation & banking processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the preform invoices are issued on time and coordinate with the respective functions and customers as and when required in order to get the LC faster.
∎ Manage overall collection process through proper follow up of Delivery Note, Acceptances through proper co-ordination with credit realization, finance and sales team.
∎ Ensure that all documentations meet the full requirements of export related procedures.
∎ Coordinate with customers/banks/sales/CS team on need basis for collection and/or credit related compliances.
∎ Manage customer ledgers.
∎ Manage reconciliations of all disputes/past due issues.
∎ Ensure timely collection of all customer dues.
∎ Study best practices of other relevant companies and benchmark the same and implement accordingly.
∎ Ensure that all collection related compliances as per government regulatory authority are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Accounting knowledge
∎ Commercial documentation
∎ Financial understanding
∎ Ledger management, including reconciliation of accounts.
∎ Very good communications skills & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Good relationship building and collaborative working skills, people skills & orientation.
∎ Team working capability and experience working across geographical and cultural boundaries.
∎ Analytical & planning skills, sales management & leadership.
∎ Internal: Customer Service, Sales, Finance (Excluding Direct Team & Manager)
∎ External: Customer’s commercial & Finance & Accounts Team, Customer’s Merchandising Team, Banks.
