Law Firm, Chamber, Consulting Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
∎ 2. Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information.
∎ 3. Preparing different type of security documents including Deed of Mortgage, Letter of Undertaking, contract, MoU, Tri- Party Agreement, Guaranty Agreement.
∎ 4. Litigation and documentation.
∎ 5. Follow up civil, criminal and other cases at various court.
∎ 6. Maintain a professional relation with external lawyers and law chamber to protect all legal interest.
∎ 7. Working ability at RJSC, AC Land Office, DC Office, RAJUK, Police Station, City Corporation, Copyright and Patent office and any other government offices.
∎ 8. Having basic knowledge of Land document vetting and record of Rights
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge at Contract Act, Civil laws, Criminal laws, IP laws, Pure Food Act, Labor code and other related laws .
