Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline. BBA or MBA in HR will be Preferred.
∎ Practical Experience in a similar field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Trust Knitwear Industries Ltd. 100% Export Oriented Garments Industry, a sister concern of Amanat Shah Group.
∎ Capable to handle / face all type of Compliance Audit.
∎ Job Location : Bhabanipur, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day to day operation of Compliance department
∎ Preparing, Organizing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social , ethical, environmental , technical, supply chain security & QMS audits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 to 7 yrs Practical experience.
∎ Computer knowledge is essential.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Must be thorough with BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, CT-PAT
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law-2006,and rules-2018.
