Job Context:
We are providing end-to-end logistics solutions that include customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Handle customs documentation and clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
Prepare and maintain shipment records, including bills of entry, invoices, and other related documents.
Follow up with clients, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor shipment schedules and report delays or discrepancies.
Support management in daily operations and problem-solving related to logistics and forwarding.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
