• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HS codes, and shipping documentation.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting/documentation tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Context:

We are providing end-to-end logistics solutions that include customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customs documentation and clearance procedures for import and export shipments.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and relevant authorities.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and maintain shipment records, including bills of entry, invoices, and other related documents.

• Follow up with clients, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor shipment schedules and report delays or discrepancies.

• Support management in daily operations and problem-solving related to logistics and forwarding.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
