Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Candidate should have working experience in the field of sales and marketing of Survey & Software products like GPS, Software-mapping & GIS etc.
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc. or equivalent discipline.
∎ M.Sc in civil engineering will be given preference.
∎ M.B.A in Marketing is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, International/ Export Marketing, Market Research
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Marketing & Sales related tasks and conduct promotional activities.
∎ Prepare Business plan including Sales & Marketing strategies.
∎ Regular Customer Visits to find out new projects, Users.
∎ Create and maintain an activity log sheet in excel every week (Including daily visit, product promotion etc.)
∎ Follow up existing customer to find out new opportunities and promote products.
∎ Prepare standard price quotation for customers.
∎ Customer Follow up when required and provide service on time.
∎ Find out customer requirements (software)
∎ Time-to-time Product delivery, Software installation and bill collection.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Organize marketing event/seminars every year to promote and market products.
∎ Must achieve and exceed targets set by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from "Bangladesh Survey Institute" will be given preference.
∎ 5 plus years of experience with application and service knowledge will be given preference.
∎ Should be result Oriented & self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to lead & manage the team.
∎ Should be ready for frequent customer visits and field works.
Salary: Negotiable
