∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Relevant Educational qualification and experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical Field, Market Research, Market Survey, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business plan and execution of sales strategy for the market to ensure the achievement of company’s sales target, sales growth and profitability.
∎ Forecast product requirement throughout the year based on market demand and sales projection.
∎ Keeping liaison with principal regarding product solution, technical specification
∎ Sales of Land, Marine and Hydrographic Survey Instruments to Academia, Research & Testing Institutions, Govt., No-govt & Industrial Organizations.
∎ Product Segment: Survey instrument and Software, Land Survey, Laser scanning, GIS data collection, Mobile mapping, 3D Scanning solution, Accessories etc.
∎ Liaison with Government (Mega-projects) to ensure the supply of our brand products.
∎ Responsible for credit management and due collection of both B2B and B2C customers.
∎ Managing sales team, monitor daily activities, train and evaluate the team members and ensure that their responsibilities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Regular market research & Surveys to find out the new opportunities and initiate the go-to-market strategies.
