Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication, MS Office

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core HR Knowledge, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for full recruitment life cycle across all divisions.
∎ Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with the Division Heads and other members of staff.
∎ Ensure that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced – New/Replacements.
∎ Source applicants through online channels, such as Bdjobs, Facebook Page, LinkedIn and other professional networks, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus interviews etc.
∎ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews either through Video Conferencing/Telephone/In-Person interactions.
∎ Responsible for Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification and Relationship Management.
∎ Maintain Liaison with the Payroll/Administration/IT/Finance Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.
∎ Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and share monthly recruitment reports.
∎ Responsible for onboard notification.
∎ Update employee information in employee database and personal file.
∎ Prepare a CV Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always updated.
∎ Assist in the design, planning, development, and implementation, of the orientation program for new joiner.
∎ Assist with the evaluation of the orientation programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Lucrative salary package will be offered to the deserving candidate.
