Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 5–07 years in spinning production, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Spinning
• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

• Monitor and ensure the smooth running of all spinning operations

• Planning daily production targets by optimizing manpower deployment across shifts and delivery schedules

• Reduce machine idle time and enhance operational efficiency

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, efficiency, wastage percentage, and maintenance downtime

• Work with the QA/QC team to ensure that yarn quality meets customer specifications (Uster standards, CSP, TPI, etc.)

• Reduce contamination, foreign matter, and neps by process optimization

• Assist in the calibration and setting of machines to maintain consistency

• Monitor real-time data of production and prepare daily shift reports, production summaries and downtime analyses

• Identify mechanical or process inefficiencies and coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled and emergency repairs

•  Supervise shift in-charges, operators, and helpers to maintain discipline and productivity

• Conduct regular training for workers on process knowledge, quality awareness, and safety practices

• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts among production staff

•  Enforce compliance with safety norms, HR policies and company policies

• Maintain records for raw material consumption, waste generation, and output.

• Provide regular feedback to senior management on production performance and challenges.
