Experience:
Monitor and ensure the smooth running of all spinning operations
Planning daily production targets by optimizing manpower deployment across shifts and delivery schedules
Reduce machine idle time and enhance operational efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, efficiency, wastage percentage, and maintenance downtime
Work with the QA/QC team to ensure that yarn quality meets customer specifications (Uster standards, CSP, TPI, etc.)
Reduce contamination, foreign matter, and neps by process optimization
Assist in the calibration and setting of machines to maintain consistency
Monitor real-time data of production and prepare daily shift reports, production summaries and downtime analyses
Identify mechanical or process inefficiencies and coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled and emergency repairs
Supervise shift in-charges, operators, and helpers to maintain discipline and productivity
Conduct regular training for workers on process knowledge, quality awareness, and safety practices
Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts among production staff
Enforce compliance with safety norms, HR policies and company policies
Maintain records for raw material consumption, waste generation, and output.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on production performance and challenges.
