∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)/M.com (major in Marketing) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Sales Team in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
∎ To assist the Sales Team in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
∎ Develop effective training program and mock session that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals and complete paperwork for sale.
∎ To assist the Sales Team in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
∎ To assist Sales Team in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
∎ Responsible for operating and maintaining properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
∎ Offer advice and motivate Sales Team to close sales.
∎ Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for sales team to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
∎ Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.
∎ Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit.
∎ Periodic (Fortnightly, Monthly) review of the sales performance outcome and devise effective action plan.
∎ Embedding 6 core values in the team through continuous effective sessions. Motivating and providing Leadership to the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
∎ At least 5 years experience in Real Estate company.
∎ Experience in Brokerage will get the preference.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Should have strong communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
