Job Responsibilities:
∎ Periodic (Weekly, Monthly) review of the sales performance outcome and devise effective action plan.
∎ Ensuring proper use of sales software system so that no lead is left unattended
∎ Weekly review of customer life cycle progression [Andrew Grove Chart] for each member and ensure implementation of action plans
∎ Review of proposed and existing inventory price with proper market intelligence report.
∎ Ensure periodic market intelligence report for each location.
∎ Embedding 6 core values in the team through continuous effective sessions. Motivating and providing Leadership to the team.
∎ Putting all focus on the Critical inventory and try to ensure that no project reaches critical stage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years experience in Real Estate company.
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
