Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market Driven/Target oriented.
∎ Preparing and submitting daily sales visit report, monthly achievement vs target report, sales highlight and forecasting on regular intervals.
∎ Have a positive mentality to work under pressure and complex environment. Hard-working and energetic.
∎ Positive attitude towards client service and have to make strong relationships.
∎ Most importantly to know how to close sales and generate business revenue.
∎ Need to work as a team and escalate all market information with the team leader or supervisor.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the team leader/ supervisor.
∎ To ensure monthly Sales Target
∎ Maintain effective & strong relationships with potential clients.
∎ Lead, train, and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and drive market expansion.
∎ Foster and maintain strong relationships with sub dealers, dealers and Depots
