∎ Responsible for developing and rolling out Field force initiatives that improve key performance drivers of the Field force.
∎ This includes targeting and segmentation & targeting based on data; fieldwork observation & guidance; call analysis; performance management; survey analysis; sales tracking and people development.
∎ The incumbent requires liaising with other job functions to execute intended initiatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong expertise in MS Excel and analytical capability
∎ Ability to work and analyze market survey data
∎ Must be digital savvy
∎ Self-driven attitude, willingness to learn and a strong presence of mind.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla
∎ Openness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
