Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing and executing analytical method development,
∎ Responsible for analytical method validation/verification, analytical technology transfer and to ensure pharmacopeial compliance.
∎ Supporting in the development of raw and packaging material sources.
∎ Ensuring compliance of all activities aligning with QM, QD, GOP, SOP and official regulations.
∎ Responsible for overall management of GMP Documents and Records including Central Archive
∎ Coordinating functional training program
∎ Preparation of Product Quality Review report
∎ Contributing to performing Quality Oversight
∎ Supporting batch record review
∎ Performing GxP Document Review/Approval
∎ Ensuring compliance of all activities aligning with Novartis QM, QD, GOP, SOP and official regulations.
∎ Responsible for effective shift management, management of raw material dispensing as per DOS, follow and maintain BMR, execute production plan.
∎ Manufacture pharmaceutical products by aligning with Production Manager in a cost effective and compliant way.
∎ Maintain relationships among stakeholders as applicable for overall Manufacturing operations.
∎ Qualification and Calibration of manufacturing equipment’s
∎ Enforce cGMP practice, follow HSE guideline, prepare and maintain different relevant documents.
