∎ Ability to ride motorbike (may be relaxed for female candidates).

∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.

∎ Disseminate scientific information to Doctors and Health Care Professionals on regular basis via face-2-face and digital channels.
∎ Develop trusted professional relationship with Medical experts through regular visit and various engagement projects.
∎ Organize events and assist in national promotional events engaging the national level Medical Experts regularly in collaboration with the marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams.
∎ Drive commercial projects in various institutes and hospitals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Successfully achieve business objectives and other commercial excellence KPIs.
∎ Exemplify and role model Novartis values & behaviours and compliance standards in all aspects of the job.
