∎ B.Pharm/M.Pharm/MBBS/MBA in Marketing or graduation in Biological Science.

∎ Fresh graduates can apply. Experience in relevant field will be added advantage.
∎ Knowledge on pharma product lifecycle management and healthcare industry.
∎ Good communication proficiency both in English & Bengali.
∎ Must have an attitude to work within team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical & negotiation skills.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Internal candidate must have minimum Strong impact in last 2 years in Evolve cycle.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the management of assigned products and/or sub-markets
∎ Prepare and keep documents like, launch readiness plan, marketing plan, strategic plan, monthly action plan, rolling forecast (monthly/quarterly as input for Materials Management / Production)
∎ Keep product and sub-market-specific “Product Files” containing all product relevant data, plan and actual market, competition, sales in value and units, product information expenses, prices etc.
∎ Analyze monthly achievement of sales of assigned products and reports them systematically to the Head of Portfolio Management and/or Business Unit Head and calculates Latest Estimates
∎ Responsible for the spending of product information budget of assigned products in line with target achievement in sales, and for the overall profitability of his/her Therapeutic Areas
∎ Support the sales team in their capability building in terms of knowledge, strategic thinking, detailing skill & KOL management being aligned with the Business Franchise.

∎ We are looking for suitable candidates for the role Product Executive, Primary Care Franchise. The primary responsibility includes analysing market prospects, devising marketing strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including Medical Experts. Additionally, the role involves engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, creating presentations, documenting plans, and supporting stakeholder management for marketing and sales teams.
∎ Major Responsibilities:
