Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Physics/ Engineering or any other relevant subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice.
∎ Inspection, investigation, and taking of samples, in order to monitor factors which may affect product quality.
∎ Approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other Quality Control procedures.
∎ Ensure the qualification and maintenance of relevant department, premises & equipment and appropriate process validations are done.
∎ Ensure that the required initial and continuing training of relevant department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
∎ To supervise, monitor and performance evaluation of QA and QC team.
∎ Design, write and review of SOPs in compliance with QMS and GMP as per pharmaceutical guidelines.
∎ Responsible for Batch record review, Batch release, change management, document control, customer complaint, product recall, non-conformance and CAPA including quality investigations.
∎ Must conduct periodic Internal Audit, Quality Objective, Risk Assessment and obtain the Quality Policy of the company.
∎ Approval and monitoring of raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers and providers of other GMP related outsourced activities.
∎ Participate in management review meetings of process performance, product quality management system and advocating continual improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Work experience in a laminated plastic tube/label printing & packaging manufacturing company/ Pharmaceuticals or related company is preferred.
∎ Certification related to QMS,GMP will be an advantage.
∎ Must willing to do night shift when needed.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
