∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough knowledge of Statutory Matters like Income Tax, Customs, Excise and VAT related matters and other MIS related reports as and when required by the company.
∎ Control of Operating Expenses (Office Overhead) - Should take sincere effort to minimize operating expenses. Budget Vs Actual to be prepared on Monthly/Quarterly basis to know the status.
∎ Responsible for maintaining of books of accounts of the Company like Cash book, Bank Book, General Ledger, Sales Register, Purchase Register and pass necessary Journal Entries, Bank payments etc as per the due date of the Vendors.
∎ Assure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company's accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles and practice.
∎ Responsible for Compliance to Withholding Tax as per the Income Tax Act like TDS, VDS Deduction.
∎ Perform data analysis and prepare decision support reports for top management. Maintaining bank reconciliation on daily basis.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve
∎ Preparation of all sort of supporting regarding Tax & VAT Assessment purpose.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Tally Knowledge required. Knowledge of Oracle ERP will be an added advantage
∎ Good knowledge in MS excels, MS Word, Power point.
∎ Good Communication skill in English (Written & Oral)
∎ Practical experience in similar position preference in Aluminum Foils Packaging/FMCG Company)
